A Link to If you're free at 3pm in L.A. tomorrow
I would love for you to come to the world premiere (and only screening) of “The Killing of Leonard Riley.” It’s a feature drama that my friends and I made a few years back with our own money in 12 days. It was as guerilla as you can get. It’s premiering at the Hollywood Film Festival tomorrow at 3pm at the Arclight Hollywood.
Having a film at the Arclight is something I didn’t think I’d experience for another several years, IF ever. Seeing an Arclight ticket with our movie’s title on it is so cool. Seeing my name on the film’s page on the Arclight site under Director is surreal. It’s an awesome feeling, and motivates me more than ever to get a god damn feature comedy under my belt.
Anyways, my friends and I worked really hard on it and we’re very proud of the film, and I would love for you to come see it. Afterwards, we’re going to Wood & Vine, which will set-up happy hour prices for us, and we’ll have a bunch of wine. Let’s get day drunk together and celebrate independent filmmaking. Holler.
